Thanks for stopping by the Serra Clarksville Automotive dealership, where our customers always come first! I'm Carlene Townsend, a pre-owned sales associate born and raised in Jamaica's West Indies. To be with family, I moved to Clarksville, TN, and since then, I have worked in the automotive industry for well over 20 years. Throughout that time, I've been in various positions, such as customer service, marketing, advertising, promotions, and sales. Now, I have transitioned to Serra Clarksville, and am excited to be a part of the team! Providing excellent customer service is one of my true passions, and earning friendships with my customers feels great. I genuinely enjoy meeting new people every day. When I'm not working hard at the dealership, I love spending my spare time with my son and family!
